Hi Swathi,
MRI and CT scan cost will depend on the hospital and laboratories in your locality. You can initially see your attending physician for physical and neurological examination. And if indicated, you can be requested with one of these imaging studies. Take care always.
Hi Rowena,
Thank you so much for your reply. How much will it cost for MRI scan or a CT scan???

Hi Swathi,
How are you? Primary chronic daily headaches usually do not have an identifiable underlying cause and maybe associated with primary headaches: migraine, tension or cluster headaches. It can occur due to a heightened response to pain signals or the part of the brain that suppresses pain signals is not working properly. Other issues to consider are rebound headaches from prolonged intake of over-the-counter pain medications, underlying diseases or conditions, including inflammation or other problems with the blood vessels in and around the brain, infections, or from traumatic brain injury. If it persists, have this checked for proper evaluation. Imaging studies like CT scan or MRI may also help determine the underlying cause. Take care and regards.
