sharpest head pains ever

Today I have sharp head pains on the right side of my head it feels like someone is pulling my head in a line from font to back for bout 2 seconds every hour it so excruciating that i scream everytime, and no hospital will answer my question without a visit, plz give me a possible answer or issue that associates itself with symptons as this???

Have you experienced this kind of pain before or is this the first time?  There is a possibility that you may be suffering from migraine. You can try painkillers but if they do not work please get yourself examined by a neurologist.

Are your pains off to one side of the head, or are they  straight down the middle? Do the pains feel like a knife stabbing or cutting your scalp, or do they feel like they are occurring inside your skull?  Where exactly do the pains travel - if you were to trace the pain on your skin, where would the line go?  It's important to get this information to determine whether the pain follows the path of a scalp nerve, facial nerve, central nervous system branch, meningitis, brain tumor, bone tumor, etc.  As much information and pain description as you can give will be extremely useful.
