have headaches on a daily basis some worse than others, will also get tension headaches that will last about 2-4 days while having a migraine on top of that, also wake up atleased once a week with a throbbing feeling in my temple that so severe i cant see or cloudy vision when i move my head or bend over the throbbing is so bad if i dont put pressure on it it feels like itll explode??!!!???

Thank you for the advice I don't curretly have a doctor or insurence I'm still shopping around. When I do I hope they help.

Hi,
How are you? Your combination of tension and migraine headaches  may be exacerbating your headaches. If pain medications and ice packs do not help, you may need stronger prescription drugs for proper management. It is important that you identify your headache triggers to prevent them from recurring. Try also to rest and relax from stress. If it persists, you may need to have this evaluated further by your doctor for proper management.Take care and do keep us posted.
