Is this normal?

I've had migraines ever since I was little. I Always get the auras then the pain kicks in. Shortly after the numbing beings, starting with my fingers working its way to my face.This time it happened it was only on one side of my face, affecting my speech. I couldnt feel anything it was completely numb. I looked in the mirror and realized one side of my mouth was slightly drooping which really freaked me out. My doctor told me the numbing sensation is normal with migraines but I feel they are progressingly getting worse.I was on 100 mg topamax for months but got off due to the weightloss.The cerefolin for b12 I take daily and take fierocet when i feel a migraine coming on. Other then that I just gotta deal with it. So my question to you...Is the numbing, they say is normal, supposed to get that intense or is something else going on I should be concerned about?

It is advisable that you consult a neurologist for your symptoms as soon as possible. The drooping of mouth on one side might be indicative of neurological disorders like Bell’s palsy or other conditions.
Bell's palsy is a paralysis of the facial nerve resulting in a loss of control facial muscles on the affected side. Several conditions can cause a facial paralysis, e.g., brain tumor, stroke, and Lyme disease. The most common cause of Bell's palsy appears to be the herpes simplex virus.

To put it in simple words, you have episodic headache with neurological phenomena. Such aura has been described. But in your case, whether it is just aura or not, is for a neurologist to find out.

I would advise you to visit a neuro if you haven't already done that.
