Lightheaded all the time

hc1
I was wondering if any of you feel like you are always lightheaded, or just have a "weird" feeling in your head?  I don't get the vertigo spins, I just usually say I am feeling "woo-woo in my head",  lol.   It is 100x worse in fluorescent lights, bright sunlight, or when I'm in a store and moving my eyes back and forth between shelves in an aisle.

Going to a chiropractor regularly helps some, but it has been getting worse.

Thanks for your thoughts!

Hi,
What other symptoms are present? Light-headedness usually  occurs when the brain does not get enough blood and may be associated with a sudden drop in blood pressure, the body does not have enough water, presence of infection,  low blood sugar, or allergies. If this persists, it is important that more serious conditions like heart and bleeding inside the body be ruled out. Take care and do keep us posted.

Other symptoms I have had off and on are numbness and tingly feeling in my head/face, leg weakness, fatigue.  Most of the time the light headed feeling is all there is.  I have been checked for: heart problems, blood pressure, sugar, MS, every vitamin deficiency, lyme, etc.  This has been going on for over 10 years and started with the tingling in the face and has progressed to almost constant weird head feeling.

I do have lots of environmental allergies and also migraines and TMJ.
