Hello Shishir.

Sorry to hear about your father.
You are going through a bad phase. But you have to go on working hard.

I guess the main problem is ...self confidence. You have lost your self esteem, it seems. Can you recall any particular incidence, any day or any event which could be responsible for your depression ? If you can, try to convert that memory into a positive memory by telling yourself " It happened for my growth".

I will suggest you something. Divide your work into small goals. Short term goals. And reward, praise yourself when you achieve those goals. Then go on to the next goal. This is a very good way of increasing confidence. Slowly, you will be achieving higher goals.

I would suggest you visit a Psychiatrist. Let him/her judge if you need  a medicine. Sometimes you need to take help of the medicines to correct the chemical imbalance in your brain.

I wish you all the very best.

Hi,
You have to face all situations in life including the down times. Sad to hear about your father. But now you need to take the responsibilty and look after your mother and sister too. You need to be mentally and physically strong for that. You have to sleep well, be confident and try to move ahead. If you still feel depressed talk to your friends or someone in the family about it - that should give you some support. Otherwise consult a psychologist and discuss your problems with him. Do not worry, all will turn out well eventually.

Hi,

Sorry to hear about your father. Where exactly do you feel pain? I think you are suffering from mild depression. I would advise you to consult a physician about it. Also please be optimistic....take up some form of exercise. Seek support from family and friends. You can take a multivitamin supplement daily.Hope you feel better!
