My advice would be to locate a neuro-otologist. They have a very very narrow scope of specialty within neurology, and it's well suited to the types of symptoms you describe. I think it would be a better option than seeing a separate otologist/ENT and neurologist/headache specialist. If you PM me your city, state/province, and country I will do my best to help you locate one near you.
To give you an idea of what you're looking for, I'll give you this link to my neuro-otologist in Central Ohio:

You may need a referral from another physician to see one of these specialists; call your insurance provider if you're not sure.
There are still a lot of meds that you have not tried. Not all drugs work for all people.
Hi Brooke,
Have you considered heavy metals toxicity? It's increasingly common as more and more pollutants become part of our everyday environment. Heavy metals like aluminum, cadmium, lead and mercury in the bloodstream cause just the symptoms you are describing, and there are reliable and safe solutions to clean your body of them.

I hope you test positive!

Hi and welcome to the Migraines & Headaches Community.
I agree with Ball. There is so much out there and yes each person is different which means diff meds will work on diff ppl but also diff combinations work for diff ppl!!
One other thing to consider is it will take a good 8-12 weeks for any particular medication to start working. If you haven't been taking it for very long you cannot accurately say that it is not helping you.
