Hi,
How are you? One-sided throbbing headaches are often due to migraine. The symptoms of aneurysm may mimic frequent migraine or cluster headaches, caused by bulge in blood-vessel wall. It may rupture or allow blood to leak slowly resulting in a sudden, unbearable headache, double vision, rigid neck and unconsciousness. This is often associated with congenital tendency and extreme hypertension. To rule this out, proper evaluation should be done by your husband's attending physician. Take care and do keep us posted.
ditto the doctor answer. You want to stay on top of things like this, especially if there's a history in the family.
Good luck and keep us posted,
~Dame
your husband should see a dr. right away,my sister had some of those symptoms and it turned out to be an aneurysm. My brother started having bad headaches several years ago and,it ended up being brain cancer. Then again he could just be having stress headaches or a migraine but, since his family has a history of aneurysms his chances are much higher of having one also,my family has the same history with aneurysms, and so does my husbands, the DRs always say the same thing,,Get Tested asap,it may be a bad migraine but if he hasnt had a history of migrains then he needs to see a DOCTOR! I hope you find out real SOON what is causing the headache, but please dont wait or put it off it could be very serious. sincerely esor15
