Hi,
Thank you for your update. Sensitivity to light and sound are indeed associated symptoms of migraine headaches. Try pain medications prior to the full blown attacks. However, you may benefit from stronger prescription medications from your doctor. Identifying and avoiding the triggers will also help prevent recurrences. A headache journal or the migraine tracker here in the forum may help. Hyperacidity responds to antacids. Try to avoid skipping meals, caffeine-rich drinks such as coffee, tea or soda, and spicy foods. Take care and do keep us posted.

Hi,
How are you? Migraine headaches usually present with one-sided pulsating headaches associated with vomiting, nausea and sensitivity to lights or sounds. Try to rest, identify the possible triggers of your headache and take pain medications prescribed by your doctor. IfF this persists, have this evaluated further for proper management. Take care and best regards.
