Hi,
Thanks for the updates. A referral to a Rehabilitation Medicine doctor may also help. Aside from medications, you can also try complementary medicine such as acupuncture. Hang on and stay positive that the issue will be managed soon. Take care always.
The neurologist stated it wasn't as important as the whiplash therefore "just take these before bed" as he handed me some muscle relaxers. I have been to a physical therapist who stated that traction was the only cure which made the pain ten times worse. I have seen three chiropractors who have stated they never have heard of such a condition even after seeing the MRI report. I am at a loss as to my options. The pain gets worse when I put my head all the way back, ( looking up at the ceiling) Then the pain is completely gone when I put my head all the way down. I can't function looking at my feet the whole time. I just am at my end with this thing!
Hi,
How are you? The symptoms of hemangioma in the spine usually depend on the location, size, and aggressiveness of the hemangioma itself. It may also lead to compression of nerves, which in turn could lead to neurological symptoms such as numbness and pain. It is best that you see your doctor or be referred to a neurologist for proper evaluation. Stronger prescription medications may help provide relief. Take care and do keep us posted.
