Top of head pain

The top of my head was hurting so much yesterday after a nap. Today i still feel pressure and pain all over the top of my head (circumference of about 3 inches) only, not front, back, nor sides. I do workout and i'd say im pretty healthy. What might this be?? I've also suffered from a panic attack 2 years ago and sometimes suffer from anxiety but idk if this is associated with this. It feels like pressure (like something heavy ontop of my head). When i lay on my back it feels worse but not so much on my front. Someone please help, i'm scared and hope its not a brain tumor :( I havent worked out since friday. When i worked out, i worked out my shoulders and my trapezious muscles. Idk if that can be linked to muscles ontop of my head.

Hello , I would like to ask you did you take any medicine when the pain started? My advice is to take some medicine, and if it doesnt work to go to the doctor, I dont think its brain tumor because you say you are healthy. I wish you best and tell me what is your decision.

Instead of circumference, i meant radius and its around 4 inches of pain in length
