Vestibular migraine with aura

So from 1 year i have symptoms like, tingling lights in the end of my eyes, whole head pain and also it varies, sometimes its one sided, other times its half head. I have ear dripping/discharge problem and lastly my balance is just out of control, I can't even sit properly or walk properly! I always feel like i am walking on trampoline. Near me health care facilities are just worst, i have no access to a good health care facilities!
