Hi,
How are you?
Cluster headaches are headaches which occur periodically. They are extremely painful and are piercing in quality. A typical attack lasts from 15 minutes to a few hrs.
It is more common in women and commonly occurs after child birth.
These headaches occur at about the same time every day. In some cases nausea is one of the symptoms.
It is a possibility in your case though it is difficult to diagnose without clinical examination. You can discuss this with your physician. Take care!
What is a cluster headache and what kind of specialist? Thank-you, Anna
Hi,
Yes I understand what you mean. That’s why I said avoid it as much as you can. I know it is impossible to avoid it completely. There is no treatment available at the moment.
You can also consult a specialist to rule out the possibility of cluster headache.
What am I to do when I go into a store from the outside, it is not like I can ask them to turn off the air. And I will look stupid wearing a winter hat when it is 100 degrees outside.
Hi,
How are you?
Yes cold air does that to some people. The exact mechanism is not known and there is no treatment available. Please make sure your room does not get too cold in the night. Use the fan if possible.
Just avoid this situation as much as you can.
