Hi,
How are you? Allergy headaches present with generalized headache, nasal congestion, and watery eyes. Seasonal allergens and antihistamine medications, as mentioned by dame may help provide relief. Avoidance of the trigger may also help. Take care and do keep us posted.

yes, allergies can definitely trigger headaches - I suffer from Migraines and if my sinuses or allergies start acting up it will trigger them

Allergies can definitely cause headaches. At least where I live, the allergy season is REALLY bad this year because of the late winter, so that could be having an effect on your head as well.
If you think it's allergies, maybe you could take an antihistamine and see if it helps with the pain?

Good luck!

~Dame
