Hi,

Thanks for writing in.
I would suggest you to take OTC pain killers to break this cycle of continuous headache.
Also make sure you eat on time and maintain hydration. If OTC pain killers are not working then please consult your physician as you may need prescription medicines to control the headache.
Meanwhile lie down in a quiet dark room, apply cold compresses to your head and neck, cup of coffee may also help. If you can get someone to give you a head and neck massage that will also help.
Take care!

You say headache progressed to migraine and then went back to headache? How did you distinguish between the two? Or did a doctor do that for you?

Are you a diabetic or hypertensive? Are you on any medication now (either for headache  or anything else)?

You have anything significant to mention regarding your health or past medical or family history?

Married? Family? How will you judge your happiness level ?

Best rgds,

Thomas Antony
