migraines, right sided numbness,tingling

I am 32 year old female with no major health issues. This week I had a migraine for 2 days, and I keep getting dizzy, seeing spots, I get hot, and I have to sit down right away. I have even had to pull over driving. Now my right arm is tingling and kinda numb. What could this be?

I'm not a doctor, but those symptoms are very common when you get a migraine. If you get frequent migraines or the symptoms are worrisome, you should see your doctor. A neurologist is a doctor who specializes in migraines. (Some neurologists are more qualified than others in treating migraines.) A trip to your primary care physician is a good first step - he/she may also be able to rule out other possible conditions.

How are you? Hemiplegic migraines usually present with numbness, pins-and-needles feeling, weakness, loss of balance and coordination, visual aura, language difficulties, slurred speech,  vertigo, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light/sound/smell and even confusion.  It is best that you have this checked by your neurologist for proper diagnosis and to rule out other neurological issues such as TIA and stroke.
