Mr Hill

Recently I have been under enormous pressure at home and at work. I am now having pain in the leftside of my head. Not such a sharp or cringling pain but a constant one that feels like pressure. The constant feeling is hot and usually causes my left eye to scquint. I will be sweaty while the pain is with me.

Help??

Hi,
You are suffering from tension headache precipitated by stress.Did you take any medication to relieve the pain? I would also suggest you to get your blood pressure checked. When the blood pressure shoots up it can cause a headache and a hot feeling. Please consult your physician if the pain does not go away. Meanwhile you can try OTC painkillers but please do get your BP checked.

What have you eaten lately? Go back 72 hours. Then go to www.truthinlabeling.org and read about MSG. There is a list of reations you can check on and also see where MSG is hidden. Remember reactions are dose related. Everyone is different.
