Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present? If there was no trauma to the head or neck, this could indeed be due to primary headaches such as migraine, tension or cluster headaches. It is important that you identify the triggers of the headache. Migraine head ache usually presents with one-sided throbbing headaches while cluster headaches present with pain in the eye, tearing, nose congestion, and flushing of face. Error of refraction in the eyes should also be ruled out. Rest, ice pack, pain medications and avoidance of the triggers may help. If it persists, check with your doctor for direct clinical examination. Imaging studies such as CT scan or MRI may also help identify the underlying cause. Take care and do keep us posted.
You should get a checkup at a doctor to make sure it is migraines.
