i cant take no more headache feeling sick early hrs waking been bk to doc not intrested in my headaches had this for a few wks gettin worse/i suffered with anxiety related headaches couple yrs bk and i think thats why doc wonrt listen im not under any form of anxiety now i just cant take much more of the pain anyone help

thanx 4 listening had mra 2 yrs bk for fear of aneursym long story take to long i knoe get headaches some different to others im waking with a dull sickly head somtimes one sided somtimes radiating all around i get bad eye and neck pain associated with this although i never actually vomit im worried that due to my past history of anxiety there going t miss somthing thats really wrong esspecially with us having the nhs idid pay private to see nurologist bout 3 mths bk again he said no aneursym cause off the satisfactory scan although under 5mm they may not be seen  imnot saying its serious but my quality of life is not on top form due to the worry of the constant headaches and sort of dizzy spells sorry discription not very good hard to explain thankyou for takin the time to listen

I would suggest you to take an OTC pain killer for your headache. Lie in a quiet dark room and apply cold compress to the affected part of head. A cup of coffee may also help.
You could be suffering from tension headaches or migraines.
What is the nature of this headache? Is it one sided? Do you have any accompanying symptoms? Please elaborate then I will be able to help you more. Take care!
