Hi,

Thanks for posting.
Your symptoms are very suggestive of chronic sinusitis. Sinusitis is characterized by runny nose and congestion, pressure headaches, sense of fullness in the head, and difficulty in sleeping.
I would suggest you to take steam inhalation at least 3-4 times a day and once before bedtime. Oral decongestants may also help.
Sometimes one needs a course of antibiotics to clear the infection. I would suggest you to consult your physician about this and discuss the possibility of sinusitis with him.

Hi.....I see there r two of u here wondering what is causing ur headaches....
may I ask, have u been to the drs...and have u been dx at all?

So many different conditions can cause headaches.....BP.....blood sugers,.....stress.....injury.....

See ur PC and start with lab work...rule out the basic things....check vitamin and mineral levels......also the thyroid.

I understand ur frustration...and it can take a long time to get a dx, but u have to push and see the right drs!!

Ur PC is the best place to start and make sure u tell him/her all of ur symptoms.

Please update after u see ur dr!

Good luck
Godspeed
