Hi,

Headache with pain in the ear could be due to an ear infection or an inner ear problem. Do you have any fever? I would suggest you to please schedule an appointment with An ENT specialist as soon as possible.

Hi,
What is the nature of your headache?
Is it a throbbing headache?
Does it increase or decrease throughout the day?
Do you have any associated nausea, vomiting, or blurred vision accompanying the headache?
Do you also have any ear discharge or history of ear infection on the affected side?
Any fever?

If you have history or family history of migraine, you need to meet with a physician to evaluate the cause of the headache.
In the interim you can do the following for pain relief.

Avoid caffeine and alcohol,.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Get at least 8 hours of sleep per day.
Avoid tensions and stressful thoughts.
Take tylenol for the pain.
Rest for a couple of hours.
Drink green tea or chamomile tea.

Do keep us posted on your doubts and progress.
regards
