I get a sudden severe pain in my head lasting a few seconds when straining..does anyone know what this is?

The pain seems to happen when I m stretching (the kind of stretch you do in the morning, not actually stretching) or when Im having a bowl movement and straining myself. It is a rush of severe pain that if lasted more than a few seconds I would literally contemplate my life. It almost brings me to my knees and I have a strong threshold for pain. My head feels like its going to explode when I experience it. I have had it for years now, but am concerned. Does anyone know what this is? I was thinking maybe an unruptured aneurysm..

Dear Melissa,
Please don't think of aneurysm at all. It will drive you crazy.
We all get some unusual pain while doing stretching exercises.
So please don't worry.
If there is some pain, just don't do the stretches.
It's as simple as that.
And also, while in bowel, please don't strain yourself.
Else you can have some laxatives before going for the same.
It will go, once you stop straining.
Relax.
Feel free to discuss more.
Regards...
