MRI-MRA vc CT aniogram

Heres the deal:  just want your opinion on below

me, 25 male, new onset of headache 7 months ago, no cause found yet.

on 9-16-09 a brain MRI showed a poorly seen flow void in the right verterbral artery, hardly any siganl seen. suggest further investigation

on 9-27, I had a CT aniogram of my head and neck. This revealed that the right verterbral artery was just very small, and patent throught its course thorugh the neck. The fomrina trasnvesia also small, so that supports this too. The left verterbral artey is big and robust. So this reports says I am fine, just small right from birth...

now, 3 days ago had another brain MRI. 3-39-10

it says the right verterbal artey does not inhance after optimark infusion, and on T2 weighted images no flow viod is seen. so its saying it see nothing there at all. 1st time said poor, now nothing...

So now what do you suggest.  Does this mean I should ignore the mri from 3 days ago because the CT aniogram proved otherwise, or no?  would you no worry because of CT aniogram, and it said no flow the 1st time, or do you think I need another ct aniogram or MRA???

Thats my question......

Dear Motox,
The irony of the reports are that they merely act as a guide to the examining surgeon to diagnose a disease.
The correct judgment depends on the co-relating the disease with the Scan reports and the physical findings (ie the signs and symptoms).

So i would suggest you, to wait and look at your symptoms...
If you are symptom free, ignore all.
