10 month old daughter with seizures

Hello..

My 10 month old daughter was dx with Infantile spasms in November-2006. We have seen 4 different neuro and we have finally found one who takes a real interest in treating her. She is on her 2nd round of ACTH with 1 week left. Her EEG she had last week while still on ACTH shows as follows ( upon arousal the background rhythim does acheive a frequency of 5hz but this is poorly sustained, this activity is symmetric over the bilateral hemispheres and seems to be reactive. no seizures were noted, interpretation, this is an abnormal EEg showing mild continious slowing of background) This EEG is much better then the previous one, but we are wondering if the ACTH is what has helped this?? We have read that after the ACTH the Sz's can return. She is developmentally at a 2 month stage. She has cortical blindness. her MRI also shows a fissure cyst (less likely a low grade neoplasm)according to the report. Should we still be concerned with this new EEG? They said her brain is irritable, meaning it wants to have a SZ.
