10 month old w/ SZ MRI question

hello,

My daughter is 10 months old. She was diagnosed @ 4 months old with Infantile Spasms. We have had 3 MRI's done. Each at different hospitals. On our last visit to the hospital, I requested the report for my records. Kali suffers from severe hypotonia, low reflexes on extremities, CVI, intractible sz's (which at this point we have just ended our 2nd round of ACTH) low muscle tone. She is developmentally at a 2 month old, cannot roll, sit, track with eyes etc...

So my questions are..

the neuro (after many repeated phone calls to him) had me fax all the MRI reports to the office The 1st report shows a 8x9x10mm right choroidal fissure cyst lacated on the right hippocampus, midly indenting upon the surface.

2nd MRI report:right choroid fissure cyst with well circumsized CSF intense lesion centered, measuring 0.7 x 0.9 cm

3rd report shows 1 cm lesion with signal characteristics following CSF is noted on right choridal fissure, mild increased FLAIR signal surrounding the lesion which causes mild mass effect. less likely~low grade neoplasm.

Should this be pushed with my neuro to have another Dr read this??

Is this considered growing??
