3 month invisible rash

I have had a burning sensation, tingling, numbness, inflammation feeling in my thighs and groin area for 3 months now. I don't know what it could be. I received these symptoms 2 days after I received unprotected oral from two women and had protected sex with 1 of them. The one who gave me just oral told me she had HSV-2 after the fact and has had it for 4 years and not had a outbreak since she first got it. the doctors told me i should not worry because its very rare that you get HSV-2 through oral from a person who has type 2. I got tested and my results came back negative for the stds and HIV but I have not tested for herpes yet because I have no visible signs or symptoms. I will be taking a blood test in February though for HIV since i will by than have a 3 month window period by than. I was told that nothing sexual could have caused these symptoms for this long. When i first had the symptoms the doctor gave me hydrocortisone cream but it has not worked for the symptoms i have been feeling. I went to a dermatologist about a month ago and he could not figure out what it was becasue he could not see anything so he just went off what i told him it felt like. He gave me neurotin. This is my third week on it and i dont see much of a difference. I have no visible signs of a rash it just burns and feels in flammed everyday. But the strange thing is that the longer I stay naked the symptoms decrease to a feeling close to not feeling any at all. It seems as though if i don't have anything against my skin than it goes away. I also feels it sometimes on my arms and underarms.What could this be?

Hi I got the same tingling after unprotected sex with a gf. Contacted NGU said the doctor. Given medication and after 3 mths i still find pain during ejacualtion.

Worst part is this needl/tingling feeling i got on my knee. It lastes for 2 weeks and gone then move to my feets. Now i got it on my hands. Saw a Nero and she also dont know what is causing it..

Hello,
I have had similar symptoms but on the shaft of my penis.  indeed while wearing clothes the pain is more predominant.  I went to urologist, dermatologist and they tell me they see nothing.  It has been going on for three months now.  Noticed this post was from last year. Have you had any luck with this condition?

I am getting nervous that this feeling will never go away.
any feedback would be great
