About 2 months ago, I had what I called a "pinched" nerve/muscle...behind my shoulder blade....the kind where it grabs when you breathe, sit up, lie down...really do anything. It took about a week to subside but then flared up again. I do have a 3 year old (45lbs) and a 1yr old (26lbs) and they both like to be held, especially the 1yr old. So I figured this constant weight (holding him on my right hip) caused it since it was basically on my right side. The I started having chest pains and tightness/shortness of breath with numb face, jaw and tingling/burning sensation in my forehead/scalp. The pains were sporadic, shooting all over the place from my sternum, diaphram and then upper chest/breast area. Stood up, got lightheaded and dizzy and flushed...went to the ER. EKG, lab work and chest xray were all normal. Ever since, I have had constant headaches, continued numbness/tingling between my shoulder blades with pains (sharp/stabbing and sudden) with sporadic chest pains in the same areas as before. Now I have numb spots on my right shin and pain in my joints (knees, ankles and elbows) but the jaw/face numbness is gone. I googled (big mistake) and of course now have myself diagnosed with MS and all sorts of other ailments...Any input???
