What can cause denervation on both legs on S1 area, Lombar MR results are clear?

I have denervation on both legs on S1 area according to my EMG test however Lombar MR result is clear. My neurologist said that the pain under my feet, coldness and sweat in that area is CPRS/RSD related. He asked me to see him in a month. I am taking Cymbalta and Lyrica. Due to Tendinitis, achill tendinitis and Tenosinovities,I used a TNF blocker. However, I am still not comfortable while I am walking due to pain under my feet.I have been under treatment since this past July.I was also diagnosed with fibromiyalgia.I could not walk for a month in a half due to strong neurological pain.I am on my feet but still under my feet hurt and I get tired. Kindly advise as to what I should do?.
