Years ago I fell on my side but thought nothing of it untill my shoulder and arm on my left side began to ache.  It got so bad I could hardly breathe.  I went to the doctor who got me up un the table and crasses my arms, put his knuckle under my back and put his weight on me.  My whole spine cracked!
He told me I had a rib out.  After a couple days the pain was gone.

Hi Kross,

The pain experienced by you could be due to cervical spondylosis. Radiological examination like X-ray cervical spine or MRI cervical spine (preferable) will help to make a diagnosis. Physiotherapy, and neck muscle strengthening exercises will help. It is advisable to consult a neurologist.
