All over body cramping!

Hello,

I am a 31 year old woman who has been experiencing some really wierd symptoms lately related to my muscles. Occasionally, whenever I try to flex any muscle in my body, I get a severe cramp in that muscle group. It doesn't matter what part of my body I move, I get a cramp. So if I'm sitting at a table and I decide to outstretch my leg I may get a severe cramp in my hamstring. Then right after that, if I stand up and try to outstretch leg if I happen to outstretch my arm, my arm will cramp. If I yawn, my jaw muscles will cramp etc. This kind of thing has been happening all over my body and it doesn't matter what part of my body I move. Sometimes when I'm out, I get a little embarrassed because I really have to jump up when this happens in my back, but again, once it starts in one muscle group, no matter what I do, the others always follow. I want to know what on earth this could be causing this. I have Google searched the symptoms but have not found anything that sounds like what I am experiencing. My concern is that because it is my ENTIRE body that experiencing at any given time - I do mean entire body, it seems like something more than just minor muscle cramping. Please help! Thanks for your feedback.
