Amatadine & side effects

What are the side effects of taking amantadin Hydrocholrine (100 mg 2xday) for nearly a year ?   I also take carbidopa  ER  (200/50 3x/d) & carbadopa levodopa (100/25 every 1-3/4 hours from 5am to 10-11 pm)?  I have lost weight (120# down to 95#, I am 5'3" and small frame,  I was diagnosed with PD 7 years ago at age 51.   I  also take fludocortisone,  Acetate 0.1mg 1/d, Ciltlopram Hydobromide 20mg 1/d and Clonazepam 0.5 mg Tab 3x/d.. Supplements are fish oil 2- 3 g/d, multivitamin, luetin, Align and calcium.
  I have insomnia since starting the amantidine, rash on my legs, lower back pain, weakness, dizziness, poor vision, and now what feels like kidney pain.  Prior to AmantadineI have had  pressure & distenion which can last for 15 min up to several hours. It usuallly starts w hen my PD meds don't work,  Could any of these problems be due to a drug intertaction  or side effects of the amantadine.
