Angular muscle fibers

I have had a muscle biopsy and the results have stunted my neurologist. “Abnormal muscles with scattered angular muscle fibers.” They have ruled out multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy and myopathy. She has exhausted all of her resources and is passing me to the next doctor in line. Has anyone experienced this before?
