Unexplained Numbness , vision black out, head rushes

Hello,

I am a 21 year old female. I understand this is not a diagnosis page, your not going to give me answers but maybe give me some idea where to go from here. So when I was younger, like age of 10 I would have concentrated starring spells where I would focus on something intensely and block out sound or anything else not on purpose this would happen at the time I had nothing to truly focus on. I thought since this occurred young that maybe it was just me being a kid. I was told I would daze off allot in a trance. As I got older I would black out allot, and deal with extreme temperature change hot to cold , cold to hot. And weight loss. I was always the gal who was very skinny, now we flash a forward to the age of 19, and I would get so hot I would need to sit down , or get so weak that I wouldn't be able to go out with friends. I started having this strange symptom where I would walk down stairs every morning getting ready for my pup to go for a walk and I walk down the stairs and just before I open the screen door my vision blacks out, and a tingling sensation starts in my leg, that was my warning sign I knew I have 5 seconds to run to the door or something to hold on to before I lost both sensation in my legs. This would occur every morning for about a year, in both legs. and last anywhere from a mere few seconds to 40 minutes. Flash forward to now 21 years old, and since july 27, 2016 I have been experiencing tightness in my knees more like a heaviness, occasional muscle spasms on the left side of my body , head rush feeling where I'm about to pass out, along with vision black outs. I keep track of my symptoms in a journal and my heart rate while sleeping has been 130 or more.. I went to a neurologist and he did 3 MRI a thoracic spine MRI, Brain MRI, Cervical Spin MRI and AEEG (Ambulatory EEG) and there was no sign of neurological problems or disorders. So now I am going to a research hospital and haven't gotten in yet, and scheduled to see another neurologist and cardiologist. Im not sure if Im going in the right direction? Hopefully you can give me some of your wisdom
