Pain in left chest area brachial plexus

This one thing my mri said and I'm concern I don't know what it means and apparently neither does my doctor.  There is a borderline enlarged lymph node near the left brachial plexus deep to the inferior extent of the sternocleidomastoid with other scattered tiny cervical and supraclavicular lymph nodes but no gross apical pleural-parenchymal lung mass or suspicious supraclavicular mass or gross asymmetry along the course of the brachial plexus symptoms

Please help i don't know what to do.  It's hurting
