I have been to a physician, a nuerologist, and a phyciatrist and they didnt really know anything about it. I also have looked it up online more times than you can imagine but since it is different for every person who takes it it is hard to say why I'm the only one haveing side effects a year later. I was supposed to get an eeg but because of financial reasons I havent yet. My mom suffers simular anxiety and has mvp, she didnt feel the mvp till after abuseing alcahol for a number of years. But I think that I might just have the same thing at a hire degree. I have always had a bad nervous system though but not as bad as it is now.
Hi.
Panic and anxiety are known to occur with overdose of Nutmeg, but they are rare to last for a year after consumption. I would suggest you rule out any other cause of the panic. Consulting a physician would be a good idea at this point.
Regards
I remember something about nutmeg in a drug book I have, but it is in one of about 20 moving boxes stacked up in the hall. Try googling nutmeg, see can you find more info. Also, go to a book website and search for a book like mine on alternate drugs or natural high type stuff. Believe it or not, panic can be controlled by logic and by physical means. Two tips: When you get anxious, ask yourself, "Is this the worst thing that I could be doing right now?" Being in Iraq, that's serious, but driving to the Walmart is not. Also count to ten slowly, breathing deeply in and out on each count, and you won't get to ten and you'll feel better. Mind fog can be cleared by an ordinary lazy walk outside. I hope you find something online about nutmeg. Sorry I can't locate my book. But apparently what you done has been done by others, and I imagine somewhere out there is some feedback on it, more than I can give you right now.
