A good psych. should go over your entire medical history with you and your folks.
He will discuss how you feel and what's going on in your life.  He will discuss your past as well and probably find out family history.  All these things will be important to getting a good understanding of you.  He may very well suggest you have some tests done.
Be completely honest with him and tell him everything.  It's the only way for him to get to what, if any, problems exist.  Tell him what you don't like about how you feel and what you fear.
I'm really happy you are on your way to getting better.  Taking action should make you feel a bit more positive I hope.  Be patient and good things will happen.

Oh! I already booked an appointment with a psychiatrist on June 8th. What exactly do they do?

You could maybe ask your doctor to refer you to a psychiatrist.  They are the best trained to deal with anxiety and panic.   If you had a bad heart problem I'd advise you go to a cardiologist.  So don't be scared of seeing a psychiatrist.  They are the experts for this type problem and frequently finding a good one of them is quite a challenge.
Waiting over a month can be a long time if you are not feeling well.  If it doesn't bother you that  much then you be the judge.
I don't like being fearful and not in control of myself.  If what you are going thru is effecting you in school and in life, then I suggest you not waitl
Let me know how you make out..I understand what you are going thru..

Okay. So would I just go to a minor emergency clinic or would I see my doctor? I have an appointment on the 30th of June. Would it be okay to wait that long?

You said you got panic attacks in the past?
These are usually caused by anxiety.  Did you seek treatment for them?
Anxiety generates fear and it is frequently about one's own health.  It can consume one in a way that makes you feel 'dazed'.
It's quite treatable if you seek help.  Discuss it with your parents or others you trust and are concerned about you.  I't quite common and don't be afraid to seek help with it.
Good luck

The only reason that I'm scared is because one of my substitute teachers said it can cause seizures.

this symptom is actually quite common with anxiety and other disorders.
Do you take any type of medication?  Have you stopped taking medicine or changed dosages?  Have you sought professional help recently?
Any number of things can produce a 'daze' type symptom and since it seems to trouble you significantly you should seek help asap.
Good luck.

Someone please help. It never used to scare me to be in a daze but one of my substitute teachers said it could lead to something bad. And ever since I got panic attacks I can't have a daze without bringing myself out of it asap. It never used to bother me but now I can't enjoy it I guess as I used to.
