5 months ago the neurologist told me I have Bertolottis Syndrome, 2 degenerative disc, and spondylosis. For the last 5 years I have been dealing with pain and the last 2 years I been in extremely lot of pain. My left hip and buttocks feel swollen and very painful, down my legs and toes, in the middle of my back to my shoulder. If I bend or twist my back sometimes causes shooting pain. I get numb and my leg falls asleep and I've almost broke my ankle and bad cramps in my toes. I can't sleep because of the pain or sit down. I stretched, been to the chiropractor and it made it worse, tried massages, and ice and hot packs. Nothing works! I can't take pain pills they make me sick and tired. I've never had anything seriously wrong with me. I'm athletic all my life until now I can't. I'm only 37 and a single mother who gets no help. I live in Kansas. I work as a C.NA. and I enjoy my job but its starting to become too painful. I can't afford shots or surgery and plus I'm too scared. I have no clue where to seek help or what to do at this point. I was hoping someone on here could guide me in the right direction. So I can my life back.
