left occipital lobe venous angioma

Hello,
I had an MRI with contrast on my brain yesterday. I went for my results today and my neurologist showed my the images and said I have a venous angioma in my left occiptial. The reason I was referred to a neuro is because of the bad aura migraines. My migraine got so bad I went to the ER because of the numbness and tingling on my left side, as well as eye twitching and flashes of lights in both eyes. The flashes of lights are constant like every 30 minutes. The neurologist did say that the flashes of light could be from the venous angioma and possibly the migraines. He referred me to a see a neurosurgeon and that surgery is unlikely but just wanted to get a neurosurgeons opinion.
