Brachial Plexitis

I was diagnosed as having this brachial plexitis from that nerve test. Maybe from a viral or pneumonia. It has been 3 1/2 months since the onset of this. Yesterday I was squeezing this bottle and my wrist or hand started trembling , I could not control it. It gave me trouble for a few hours after in certain positions. This shooting pain pretty intense today. Is this normal. would this wrist thing be from this would I be progressing. I need my hands in my job any help or info. would help. I love my job I went to another neurologist on friday he thinks since I'm young I will have a full recovery. I should have asked about things to expect. If someone knows I would appreciate it. Am I at the worst now is it only going to get better. I noticed when he kept hitting my elbow it didn't move like my others parts of body he said they were something like I think he meant better than good. He suggested physical therapy 3 times a week. If anyone has any info about this it would be much appreciated. My wrist thing got me pretty down yesterday while I was working I didn't know if I was going to be able to perform my job. Trying to stay positive knowing everything is going to be okay
