I dont know if Im posting this in the right forum, if not, I apologize. But Im desperate for some answers to what Im feeling. I like reading on my phone a lot and sometimes I feel as if something is rushing through my head and my head starts to sway for a bit. Although it only happens briefly and I just continue reading. 1-2 weeks ago, it started getting worse and now looking at the screen for short periods of time causes me to feel sick. So I decreased my time on using it. Im an IT student so I cant completely stop looking at a computer/phone screen. The symptom decreased but it comes back from time to time. A few days ago I started feeling nauseated though it went away the next morning after I got some sleep. Then, just yesterday, I started feeling out of balance and the symptom continues to today. I get really anxious when I think about my health and these symptoms scare me because I dont know whats happening. I feel awful and like Im about to have a panic attack on overthinking my symptoms. Can someone help me answer whats causing these?
