Buzzing sensation, tail bone area

I'm a 45 yr old woman.  I've been noticing a buzzing sensation in the tail bone area on and off for a couple months.  I notice it when I'm sitting or lying down mostly, but maybe at other times too. It isn't painful and I'm not having any other problems, but it keeps happening and it is curious and distracting.  I've had this kind of thing at other times in the past.  I recall having buzzing sensations 15 years ago or so, but I really didn't pay that much attention to it.  Is this common?  Should I be concerned?

I have tail bone buzz, extremely annoying, especially at night, keeps me awake. Did some research and it may be an MS symptom.

Do you still have this issue? I have it at the moment
I have this vibrating or buzzing in my lower rectum. It is not painful but very annoying and constant. I am extremely concerned about what might be happening. Should I be screened for colon cancer? should I go to the emergency room? what is happening?

I get this also and yes, it is in the front some also. If anyone has any idea I would really like to know. I have fibromyalgia and thought that it might just be something that went along with it. I am a 45 year old female as well.
