Buzzing sinsation in left breast and pelvic floor

I'm 45yrs old, I have Psuedotumor Cerebri, and up until I lost my health insurance my neurologist was testing me for MS. I had a complete hysterectomy when I was 32yrs old due to endometriosis and testing positive for pre-cancerous cells. The last 4 months, I've been dealing with a vibration/buzzing sensation in my left breast. Just this past month, I've been having the same sensation in my lower pelvic region. I still do not have health insurance, but this is driving me nuts... literally.... I can't control my emotions any longer and I feel like I'm going crazy. I cry for no reason and any noises make me jump. I've started having heart palpitations and flutters (kind of like the feeling you get when you think you're in trouble...)... Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!!
