Is it the sideeffects of the meds you are on? or an after effect of the operation? or is it the condition itself? I don't know the answers but definitely go see your specialist and ask lots of questions so that he can allay your fears or at the very least give you some clarity and some solutions.  In the meantime, try not to worry, until you know what's going on.

And for goodness sake, if anything happens, and you feel you are in physical danger, go to emergency (ER)

Hi.

How long have you been having the seizures? Was any correlation made between the pituitary tumor and the seizures? Was the pituitary totally removed or just partially?

Pituitary tumors can cause the symptoms of seizures as well as headache and "leaking breast". Usually the symptoms would subside after surgery but would depend on how much tumor/gland is removed.

The clinical presentation of your headache would suggest a migraine episode, but headache secondary to tumor recurrence cannot be ruled out at the moment.

You should consult your neurosurgeon to assess for any tumor recurrence as well address your current symptoms.

Good luck.
