suggestive of MS or somatoform disorder

I am feeling so alone right now. I have a boring health history up until June of this year. Bladder infections, ear infections, nothing serious. Then in June I had so many stomach issues I had a colonscopy (bengine polyp removed) and endoscopy and found an ulcer so that explained the blood in stool but no anemia. However, things keep going down hill and I realized some of my symptoms I have had for years and just thought they were normal. I am wondering if I should bother with a neurologist or maybe I have a somatoform disorder and its all in my head. I will try to make a list of the issues.

Left side:
Hand, arm and leg tingling and zapping but no pain at all
Neck spasms that actually you can see move my head just a little
spasms in fingers and upper thigh
left eye pain with bright blue like flashes (just had eye doctor dialte and check retina all is good)

Head:
Dizzy when standing up everytime even if I go slowly
feeling like I am going to faint randomly
EXTREME exhaustion (this is not daily but about 4 times a week) to the point I will nod off at work
Hard time getting sleep at night feel itchy all over but only when laying down generaly

Bladder/bowels
Recent issue not feeling the need to urinate and having some very small leakage(not always)
diagnosed with IBS and I have constipation so bad even with extra fiber and softners(part of ibs though)
frequent lifelong bladder infections

the one that bothers me the most and is more infrequent then all of them is I trip on my own tounge and literarly sometimes mess up my words into a babbling mess.
Also people have pointed out I seem to get dazed and drift off.

I don't have the money to waste if this is just all in my head. I feel like maybe I just want attention because I have been to the doctor quite a few times and she gave me b12 didn't help. I had a cbc and everything looked great as far as my bloodwork goes. Even had thyorid blood work which was well within healthy range. I feel so very alone but also horribly mad at myself if I am just creating by focusing because when I notice a spasm once then suddenly I notice them all but other times I dont seem to notice anything. =/

I pray someone will respond

Thank you for your reply. I don't feel depressed at all, however with the economic times I am stressed. I just meant I felt so alone because the symptoms were all over the place. I am going to see my doctor soon because I cannot stand the muscle spasms anymore.

Thank you again!

Hi,

Hope you are feeling better.
Your symptoms seem to indicate mild depression. Have you been through a stressful event lately?
It is normal to feel depressed after a stressful event. I would suggest you to try and relax. Make sure you keep yourself busy. Try and seek help from family and friends.
I would also suggest you to consult your PCP about it as you may need medications.
Your symptoms as of now do not seem to be due to neurological lesion.
Take care!
