Can Tetanus Booster Trigger Muscle Spasms?

I have muscle cramps and spasms that began following a tetanus booster (first in 14 years).  This has been going on for almost two months.

Nerve conduction velocity conductivity, MRI & spinal tap look fine.  I had a Lyme test with 0 bands on the IgG and all three bands on the IgM.

Is it possible that a tetanus triggered something that's been lying dormant in my body?

Since about a couple of years.  I got a rotten piece of metal in my leg and was given a shot.  It seems it began not long after that...  It began with cramps, tightness and twitching...

My symptoms of twitching and dystonia seem to have begun after getting a tetanus shot too...
