Can an MRI miss a brain tumor?

I had an MRI,it was looked at by two different people and they saw nothing. But I still walk like I'm drunk(severity varies)though I don't drink.I still have headaches every day(severity varies)and my balance is always bad,at times worse.Does anyone think they need to look again,I have the MRI,for something specific or in a certain area?

Hello,
Drunk gait is found in case there is some abnormality in the cerebellum and mid brain. You should get a MRI of this area and MRI spine as well and then consult a neurologist. It is hard for a brain tumor to be missed on a MRI.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
