My brother is sick and no one knows the diagnosis. Please, I need help!?!?

Hello!

I have a brother who is 1996, we live in Croatia. He is ill and nobody can find out what the diagnosis is. They suspect that the disease is from the neurological side. We have visited all the doctors in the Republic of Croatia and we found nothing.

Namely, the problem surfaced 4 years ago when my brother, after taking some drugs (he's been taking them for a while) fell into oblivion. He was down for a few minutes and then woke up and everything was good. Then, after a few days he began to have attacks (the attacks looked like this: noise in the ears, faint vision, vertigo, weakness throughout his body, and sometimes falling into unconsciousness). The attacks began to be more frequent so that they would now be manifested on a daily basis, that is, my brother has a non-stop feeling.

We made all the possible findings that only showed that there was osteohondrosis of C2-C7. He initially drank pills that now do not help him anymore, and he is worse, and it seems we can't find any solution to this unknown desease.

I beg you, if you heard of a simillar case, or you may know how to help, please HELP. Because we are out of options and exhausted.

Thank you in advance.
