Did anybody check you for Celiac disease?? NO I bet they didn't. Celiac disease (a serious disease caused by food allergy) can cause about 250 different possible symptoms, including all you mention. You probably have more little things that don't even seem worth mentioning. Doctors always think it's in you head if it is too hard for them to figure out. You need all the latest blood tests for celiac disease. If that is your problem, yes, it is annoying to have food restrictions, but there are a lot more choices than there used to be. Plus, you will feel better, maybe within a week of not eating gluten (but you will need to get tested BEFORE stopping gluten. You will have to learn a lot and prepare food more from scratch at home, but you can feel better. If you continue to eat wrong for your body, you will get sicker, including other autoimmune diseases and even possibly cancer.
