Has your MS been confirmed?  Lyme Disease often mimics MS, and can also cause headaches.  There's a family doc in your area who does a blog.  Just google "LymeMD blog" and you'll find it.  Perhaps he can help you.

Hi.  Are there any medical clinics in your area that are fee-based?  Maybe there are options/resources available to you.  It might take some looking.

You have had some work up done.  Has MS been excluded?  Have you been treated with any medication for your headaches?
