Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy?

11790411?1420527416
Hello,
For the past five years, I have been having issues with my legs, mostly from the knees down.  Five years ago, I took 2 months out of work for stinging, burning, cramping pain in my feet which radiated up into my calfs.  The pain was in both feet, ankles and calfs.  I had blood work done which revealed nothing unusual other than slightly elevated ALT levels.  I had an EMG on my left calf which was slightly abnormal but nothing diagnosable.

Since that time, (4years later) I have had constant pain in the bottom of my feet with the pain coming and going in my calfs.

The past 2 months have been really bad.  I have had significant loss of strength in my legs and I can't stand on my feet for long periods of time without extreme cramps and burning in my feet.  In July I had an EMG done which was ordered by my Podiatrist.  I am just following up with him now and getting the results...  I know, I know, what was I waiting for.  Lots of appointments with other doctors have delayed this follow-up

Here are the results from my EMG (Picture added).  At the time of this EMG I didn't feel all that bad.  Currently my pain  is 10X worsenow  than it was at the time of this EMG.

I have an appointment with my neurologist on Feb 4th.  I feel that this may be CIDP.  Any thoughts?
